SMEPro operates as an offline-first financial OS for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). To deliver localized point-of-sale checkouts, debt tracking, and inventory management, we collect credentials (business name, email, phone number), operations data (SKUs, pricing details, transaction ledger), and assets (photo uploads of physical paper ledgers parsed ephemerally by our AI model).
2. Offline IndexedDB Storage & Cloud Sync
SMEPro utilizes browser IndexedDB storage (via Dexie.js) to enable 100% offline transaction processing. Your inventory and sales data remain locally accessible on your device even without an internet connection. When network connectivity resumes, local updates synchronize with encrypted PostgreSQL cloud backups.
3. Data Protection & Security Standards
We enforce strict multi-tenant workspace isolation. Your product catalogs, profit metrics, and customer debt ledgers are strictly partitioned and encrypted with industry-standard JSON Web Tokens (JWT). Competing merchants on SMEPro can never inspect or query your workspace catalog.
4. Third-Party Integrations
SMEPro integrates with verified financial infrastructure partners. Subscription fees and virtual account settlements are processed via Paystack in compliance with CBN payment regulations. Debt reminder alerts are dispatched directly through user-triggered WhatsApp messaging links.
