Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, creating a business workspace, or utilizing the SMEPro Progressive Web Application (PWA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SMEPro is a financial management utility and operating software for merchants. SMEPro is not a licensed bank or deposit institution.
2. Subscriptions, Tiers & Grace Periods
SMEPro offers flexible subscription tiers: Starter Tier is available at ₦1,500/week (Weekly Flex with 1-Day Grace Period) or ₦5,000/month (with 3-Day Grace Period). Growth Tier is ₦12,000/month (supporting up to 3 staff cashiers and pack/piece toggles). Pro Enterprise is ₦25,000/month (supporting unlimited staff cashiers and multi-branch outlets). All new users receive a 30-day base free trial (expandable to 60 days total by completing onboarding actions).
3. Offline Cache & Conflict Reconciliation
SMEPro caches catalog items and pending transactions locally in your browser's IndexedDB engine. You are responsible for connecting your device to internet connectivity periodically to allow the cloud sync engine to backup offline entries. SMEPro is not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser cache while offline.
4. User Responsibilities & Role Access Control
Workspace Owners are responsible for managing staff cashier accounts and setting access permissions. SMEPro enforces Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to restrict cashiers from viewing profit margins, editing product costs, or deleting historical transactions.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
